At Solo Wolfs, every journey is designed not just for sightseeing but for real human connection. As a Travel Host, you’re not a guide. You are the energy catalyst. Your role is to make every traveler feel safe, seen, and involved—breaking the ice, sparking joy, and helping strangers turn into companions.

This is a role for someone who can hold the vibe of a room, who can gently steer conversations, manage emotional moments, handle diverse personalities, and make every guest feel “I belong here.”

If you think you can lead an after-dinner circle chat, host an impromptu bonfire story session, or cheer someone nervous on their first trek—you’re already half-way there.

Eligibility & Requirements

✔️ Age: 25 – 35 years
✔️ Gender: Male / Female
✔️ Education: Graduate (Any stream)
✔️ Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi
✔️ Computer Skills:
• Basics of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Email handling & internet browsing

🔸 Clear, confident diction – speaks effortlessly in English & Hindi
🔸 Emotionally intelligent – able to sense group energy, manage conflicts gracefully
🔸 Flexible & spontaneous – handles last-minute changes or group needs without stress
🔸 Physically fit & active – able to handle outdoor treks, sightseeing, and active group events

Desirable (Good to Have)

➕ Experience in event anchoring, theater, stand-up, storytelling, or public speaking
➕ Social Media friendly—comfortable going LIVE or creating fun Instagram reels on trips
➕ Experience handling mixed groups (ages 30–49)
➕ Interest in travel, culture, and offbeat destinations

Responsibilities

✨ Create & maintain a positive, joyful group environment
✨ Initiate interactive activities like ice-breakers, story circles, group dinners
✨ Support guest comfort, ensuring introverts and extroverts both feel included
✨ Handle basic guest concerns tactfully, balancing individual and group needs
✨ Collaborate with the Tour Leader to manage the group’s schedule and flow
✨ Occasionally host social media updates, vlogs or reels for Solo Wolfs’ community
