- The accuracy of all personal and travel-related information provided in the booking form is the sole responsibility of the Booking Creator. Solo Wolfs shall not be held liable for any issues, cancellations, or denial of participation arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information. In such cases, no refunds shall be applicable.
- In particular, if the Booking Creator misrepresents or falsifies their marital status or any other material information, Solo Wolfs reserves the right to cancel the booking at its sole discretion, without any obligation of refund or compensation.
Booking, Cancellation, Refunds Policy
Mentioned below are Standard Terms and Conditions for Bookings, Cancellation & Refunds. Some of the Tour Packages have Variables involved, Customized and effective Terms & Conditions for Bookings, Cancellation & Refunds are Mentioned on respective Tour Page under Travel Tips Column.
- Bookings Done on our Website (www.solowolfs.com) would only be Considered.
- Bookings would be considered confirmed, only upon Complete & Successful Payments on the Website.
- Offline Bookings, would not be Considered and No Claims of Travel or Refund for Offline Bookings would be Entertained.
- Most of the Tour Packages are to be booked on Full Payments on our Website.
- Partial Payments for Tours which are More than 300 Days Away from the Booking Date is Possible post an Approval from the Management of Solowolfs.com.
- Send a Request to sales@solowolfs.com for Partial Payments.
- Each Tour Requires Plannings, Pre-Bookings of Hotels, Transport etc, Hence, a Certain amount for Each tour is the Tour Processing FEE.
- Tour Processing FEE is Non-Refundable in Case of Cancellations or Rescheduling done by the Travellers / Customers.
- Tour Processing Fee for Any Tour is if not mentioned on Trip page or in the booking Form under Terms and conditions of then it is to be considered (by default) Rs. 35,000/- per Person.
- No refund will be provided as all arrangements and bookings have already been finalized.
Solo wolfs does not cancel tours unless there is a force majeure event, geological issue, political issue, or lockdown or any other reason due to which the travel to the destination is either not safe or not possible.
In such cases, the tour will be rescheduled to the next feasible dates, subject to hotel availability. Please note that there may be an increase in pricing for the rescheduled dates.
- After booking guest may have any personal reason like non sanction of leave, exam postponement, illness, family emergency etc. which leads to cancellation of their tour/ package.
- Date of the cancellation request email sent by the guest (unless decision withheld or changed), will be considered as the date of cancellation and the cancellation charge will be applicable accordingly.
- Solo Wolfs reserves the right to cancel/ postpone/ re-schedule any tour under force majeure situation like natural calamity, epidemic, pandemic, terrorist activities, political unrest, curfews, local riots, government orders etc. or uncontrollable factors like airline operation/ schedule change, disruption due to political/ sports/ local/ VIP event etc. at the destination considering the safety of the tourists.
- Under any such force majeure situation/ uncontrollable factors, no refund – fully or partially will be applicable. As refund is not applicable, guest will be required to choose the next possible future date of the same tour. If there is any price difference for the future tour, guests will have to pay the same before the tour departure.
- To reschedule the tour in force majeure situation/ uncontrollable factors, Solo Wolfs will send the request to all the concerned associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. for their cooperation and assistance in postponement of the services. In case these associates are not in a position to consider the request, then actual cancellation charges may apply.
- If guest wants to change the destination, then decision will depend on the cooperation of the associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. Such a decision will require time and will be given as early as possible. If the selected tour’s price is more, then guest will have to pay the difference before the tour departure. In case the tour price is less, then the remaining amount will be kept in a credit shell with Solo Wolfs. No refund is applicable for the credit shell.
2.3.c.) Guest cancels the tour due to non-acceptance of change in itinerary/ service:
- For the betterment of the itinerary or under unforeseen situation, Solo Wolfs reserves the right to add/ delete/ exchange the sightseeing place/s or any other service and on this ground guest will not be able to withdraw from the tour.
- In this case if the additional sightseeing or service requires extra charge then it will have to be paid by the guest.
- If any guest is not willing to accept the said change, then guest will have to cancel the tour and cancellation charges as per the Cancellation Policy will be applicable.
2.3.d.) Deemed Cancellation – Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to visa rejection/ delay:
- Rejection/ delay of visa will lead to deemed cancellation and the booking will stand cancelled without any intimation or confirmation from the Guest.
- Visa rejection date will be considered as the date of cancellation and the cancellation charge will be applicable accordingly.
- Guest can re-apply by paying additional visa charges, however granting of visa is at the discretion of the respective Consulates and Solo Wolfs will not be responsible for the same.
- If visa is not granted even for the second time, the cancellation charge will be based on the date of the rejection of the second visa application.
- If no intimation of visa (granted/ rejected) is received from the respective consulate/ embassy before the tour departure, then it is considered as deemed cancellation and cancellation charge will be applicable.
- In case of ‘group booking’, if visa of an individual in a group is rejected or delayed and the rest of the group cancels the tour then cancellation charges as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy shall be applicable to the entire group.
- When visa is received from consulate, it’s copy is sent to the guest via email by Solo Wolfs, however sometimes consulates dispatch the passports directly to the guest’s residence. In both the cases it is the responsibility of the guest to check the visa sticker/visa copy and verify that the personal details and visa validity is accurate. Due to any incorrect details, if the immigration office does not allow the guest to leave or enter the country, then Solo Wolfs will not be responsible for any refund / losses / consequences.
- In certain cases, where air ticket/ visa is processed more than 91 days in advance, there along with regular tour cancellation charges, additional actual charges on account of air/visa fees will be applicable.
2.3.e.) Deemed Cancellation – Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to the non-payment of partial/ full tour price:
- Guest is required to pay full tour price at the time of booking. If the payment is not received during the mentioned time frame, then Solo Wolfs reserves the right to cancel the booking without any written notification from the guest and forfeit the paid amount.
- In such case, Solo Wolfs’s cancellation notice date will be treated as the deemed cancellation date and cancellation charges will apply as per the Cancellation Policy.
- If any guest fails to join the tour on day one, it is termed as ‘No Show’ and will be treated as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
- All services will stand cancelled and 100% cancellation charges will be applicable, unless the guest notifies Solo Wolfs about joining the same tour later at their own expense.
- If Guest discontinues/ terminates the tour for any personal reason, it is termed as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
- Solo Wolfs team will assist the guest to book the required services, however all expenses for the same will have to be paid by the guest immediately in advance.
2.4) Cancellation of the tour by Solo Wolfs:
- Solo Wolfs reserves the right to cancel any group tour/ package due to any operational reason or inadequate participation of the guests required to operate a group tour. In such case, cancellation of tour shall be communicated to the guest on their registered email/ telephone/ sms.
- The amount paid by the guest will be refunded within 10 working days of cancellation of the tour.
- The refund will be paid by A/C payee cheque/ NEFT/ RTGS.
- Solo Wolfs will not be liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest.
- Solo Wolfs owes no responsibility for any additional expense related to any other arrangements made by the guest on their own.
- A guest willing to take any other tour can do so in consultation with the respective Travel Advisor. Excess / short payment, if any for the new tour will be refunded/ collected, to/ from the guest.
2.5) Right of Admission and Termination:
- Solo Wolfs reserves the right to deny any booking or cancel the accepted booking of any guest without divulging any reason or giving any justification. This includes but is not limited to ensuring the appropriateness of group composition based on the nature of the tour.
- Solo Wolfs reserves the right to terminate the tour of any guest while on tour if the guest does not follow the group tour decorum or misbehaves/ create nuisance to the co-passengers/ Tour Manager/ coach captain/ local citizens/ officials etc. Under such circumstance guest will have to make arrangements for their return travel on their own and no refund is applicable.
2.6) Transfer of Tour:
- If guests wish to transfer their original tour to a new tour for any reason, then such transfer is treated as cancellation of the original tour and hence a fresh booking of the new tour has to be made. Cancellation charges will apply on the net tour price of the original tour. For the new tour, prevailing tour price and discounts will be applicable.
- If guests wish to transfer the tour, they will have to communicate in writing to the Travel Advisor. Such requests will be accepted subject to availability.
2.7) Merging of Tours: Solo Wolfs reserves the right to merge two or multiple tours when there is inadequate participation of the guests in a single tour or for any operational reason. Seat allocation in the coach will happen as per the booking date priority of the merged tours.
- Solo Wolfs reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable to the guest in case of cancellation, transfer or amendment of the tour. Refund is calculated on the basis of various factors such as the cancellation date, reduction in tour capacity, contractual agreement and cancellation policies of associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. The decision given by Solo Wolfs on the quantum of refund according to the Cancellation Policy shall be final and will be paid directly to the guest.
- As per GOI regulations any refund from Solo Wolfs for both, Indian or International tours will be paid only in Indian rupees by A/C payee cheque/ NEFT/RTGS, even if guest has made the tour payment partly or fully in foreign currency.
- Refund is always processed in the name of primary booking contact marked on the booking form or in case of ad-hoc/corporate group it may be in the name of the institution/company who has made the payment on behalf of the group.
- Solo Wolfs is not liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest/s.
- Convenience Charge for the payments made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Transfer etc., is non-refundable.
- Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for international tours is non-refundable as it is deposited with the income tax department and recorded on guest’s registered PAN. TCS once paid cannot be reversed, however can be claimed by the guest while filing their annual Income Tax Returns.
- In case of force majeure/ uncontrollable situation Solo Wolfs reserves the right to levy non-refundable ‘tour transfer charge’ or ‘service charge’ for standalone service.
- For FIT/Customized packages, Holiday Design Fee charged at the time of enquiry is non-refundable in case guests do not book the holiday with Solo Wolfs.
- When tour price includes visa fee and if consulate/ VFS/ embassy procedure requires visa fee payment directly by the guest, then visa fee reduction will be given at the time of booking or will be refunded within 7 working days of submission of visa payment receipt by the guest.
- When tour price includes visa fee and guest holds a valid visa for the tour, they are required to submit the visa copy at the time of booking to avail the reduction of the visa fee. In case of unforeseen circumstances if tour reschedules then guest will have to get the visa done according to the new schedule and bear the costs of the same.
If Refunds are Approved by the company (SOLO WOLFS aka Large Tech Company), then the Refunds would be Settled into the Bank account of Booking Creator within 270 Working Days Counted from the Date of Approval of Refunds.

- Once a Booking is Created, one time change in name is possible only for those trips and tours which do not require pre-bookings to be sourced / acquired / reserved by solo wolfs or its sourcing partners on behalf of the customer / Traveller for Inner Line Permits / Mandatory Permits / Boats/ Ferries/ Helicopter/ Cruise / Connecting Air Tickets / Visa
- Name Changes would not be allowed for the Tours which require pre-bookings to be sourced / acquired / reserved by solo wolfs or its sourcing partners on behalf of the customer / Traveller for Inner Line Permits / Mandatory Permits / Boats/ Ferries/ Helicopter/ Cruise / Connecting Air Tickets / Visa
- One time Transfer of Booking to another traveller is possible only upon a written approval from Solo wolfs
- In No Case, Solowolfs.com or Large Tech Company would be Liable or Bound to Pay or Refund the Money / Funds spent / invested by the traveller(s) / customer for &/towards the cost of Air Tickets, Medical Insurance, Other insurances, Shopping, Visa FEE, Permit FEE, Loans etc.
- None of these articles/expenses are part of the Tour Packages Sold by Solowolfs.com
- If for Any Reason the Traveller has to Leave the Tour in between or the Traveller Decides to Not to go for a Pre-planned or included activity, then there shall be no claim for Refund for the non-attended activity or for the Halfway Trip/tour.
- No Such Claims or Requests would be Entertained against any such incidence.
- If the Traveller does not show up on the Date of Tour or Does not Join the Tour, there would be no claims of Refunds.
Additional Provisions
A. Force Majeure (Expanded Definition)
Force majeure refers to events beyond the reasonable control of Solo Wolfs that make trip execution impossible or impractical. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, war, riots, civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions, strikes, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, rescheduling will be prioritized. If a refund is accepted and approved by Solo Wolfs, it will follow Solo Wolfs’s standard refund timeline of 270 working days.
B. Limitation of Liability
Solo Wolfs shall not be held liable for any personal injury, accident, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage incurred during the trip, whether arising from natural events, road or weather conditions, transportation failures, or third-party service providers. Our liability in any circumstance shall be limited strictly to the tour fee paid by the participant.
C. Refund Timeline Reaffirmation
All eligible refunds, including those arising from force majeure or unforeseen disruptions, shall be processed within 270 working days from written acknowledgment of cancellation. No verbal assurances, social media communications, or intermediary discussions shall override this clause.
D. Brand Reputation & Misuse Clause
Participants are expected to follow the agreed dispute resolution process before posting public reviews or complaints. Any intentional defamation, misinformation, or reputation-damaging content published against Solo Wolfs on public platforms may invite legal action under applicable defamation and IT laws.

Read this agreement thoroughly and carefully before booking a trip with us. It is a legally binding contract.
- BOOKING CONTRACT
All bookings are made with solowolfs.com (referred to as “solowolfs.com”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you purchase any product or book any trip with solowolfs.com, you acknowledge that you: i) have read and understand these terms and conditions and any other solowolfs.com policies in effect, and ii) accept and agree to these terms and conditions and other applicable solowolfs.com policies. The terms and conditions set forth below constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you the trip participant (“participant,” “traveler,” “you,” or “I”) and solowolfs.com, with respect to any and all bookings, trips (which include but are not limited to our work abroad trips), or transactions made with us and to any and all services, and products organized, arranged, or provided by us (collectively referred to as “trip” herein; “trip” may also be used to refer to only the trip component of our services). If you have confirmed a booking on any solowolfs.com trip or product with more than one traveler named on such booking, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all travelers named in the booking.
- RESPONSIBILITY
solowolfs.com is acting at all times as an independent contractor for all suppliers who provide your transportation, accommodations, activities, and other services in connection with your trip. solowolfs.com does not own, operate, or control any of the suppliers of service that provide accommodations, meals, transportation, sightseeing activities, or other goods and services connected with your trip. These suppliers are responsible for their performance. solowolfs.com and its owners, employees, shareholders, officers, directors, representatives, volunteers, successors, agents and assignees are not liable for any negligence, willful act, financial insolvency, or default of any supplier or any third party. solowolfs.com does not have any special knowledge about its supplier’s financial condition. A supplier’s goods and services are subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions and liability waivers, as well as local laws and regulations.
Airlines, railways, car services, shipping companies, hotels, and other common carriers and suppliers have their own booking conditions or conditions of carriage, and you will be bound by these as far as the relevant common carrier or supplier is concerned. Some of these conditions may limit or exclude liability on the part of the relevant transport provider or other supplier, and they are often also subject to various international conventions.
- VALIDITY & PRICING
Prices are based on tariffs, government fees, exchange rates, and supplier rates in effect when our trips itineraries are first published. On very rare occasions it may be necessary for us to impose surcharges should prices increase significantly due to inflation, costs of services, foreign exchange rates, or other factors. Such surcharges may be imposed at any time up to final payment.
We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in quoted prices at any time before your trip is confirmed. We will advise you of any error of which we are aware and of the then applicable price at the time of booking.
All discounts and any reduced pricing and/or promotional benefits are applied at solowolfs.com’s sole discretion. From time-to-time, solowolfs.com may offer special discounts or early bird pricing on select trips. If you have previously cancelled a booking for a trip, you may not be entitled to re-book on the same or any similar trip with any promotion or discount applied.
- TRAVELER INFORMATION
In order for us to confirm your travel arrangements, you must provide all requested details at the time of booking. Necessary details include full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, and any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements without limitation. We may also request to see a copy of your passport before or during the trip.
The information required from each traveler will vary by trip, which will be communicated during the booking process. If all requested information is not provided within 91-days of the trip start date (or within the requested timeframe if booking less than 91-days prior to the trip start date), we reserve the right to impose late fees for missing information, and if necessary impose the cancellation policy described in the agreement.
- FITNESS FOR TRIP, MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
By booking a trip with us, you represent that you do not have any illness, physical or other conditions that would create a hazard for you or other travelers or affect other people’s enjoyment of the trip. solowolfs.com cannot guarantee the condition or availability of medical facilities in the countries in which our trips are run, which may involve visiting remote or less developed regions. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the traveler to consult their physician regarding any medical conditions prior to booking a solowolfs.com trip.
Participants should check with consulates for the latest health requirements. Participants must bring their own medications, insect repellent or other recommended prescribed drugs, including but not limited to allergy medication (e.g., EpiPen).
If you have a special need, let us know at the time of booking. We may require a medical certificate if you have a special condition that may impact your ability to take one of our trips. We will make reasonable efforts to convey any dietary restrictions to your trip guides and certain service providers. However, given the nature of our trips and the fact that we do not operate or manage our suppliers, we cannot guarantee that any dietary needs or restrictions can be accommodated. solowolfs.com is not liable for any failure to accommodate or fulfill any special requests or special needs. As such, it is your sole responsibility to ask any necessary questions and to make informed decisions about your dietary needs and restrictions while traveling. By signing this agreement, you hereby grant permission for emergency first aid to be administered if deemed necessary. If an emergency or health crisis should occur on the trip, solowolfs.com may attempt to help you obtain medical assistance, if it is available. The cost of any such medical assistance including any routine medical care shall be the responsibility of the participant. solowolfs.com strongly recommends that you obtain sufficient medical and health insurance that covers you while traveling.
Our suppliers reserve the right to conduct common travel industry health screenings (e.g., forehead temperature readings, questionnaires, and checks for observable signs and symptoms) and refuse travel to symptomatic or likely symptomatic travelers. If necessary, our suppliers, and/or government or health officials, also reserve the right to quarantine travelers with symptoms of infectious diseases aboard confined modes of transport such as ships, trains, etc.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to accept, decline or remove anyone from a trip (at or prior to departure or during the trip) if we deem their continuation of the trip to be harmful or dangerous to themselves or other trip participants, or if a participant’s behavior impacts the overall experience for other travelers.
- BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Your booking is not finalized until you receive a confirmation email. A contract will exist between us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice or if you book within 7 days of departure the contract will exist when we accept your deposit. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. For international trips, payment of the balance of the trip price is due 30 days before the departure date. We reserve the right to treat any reservation that is not fully paid according to the booking and payment terms as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation terms below.
- WAITLIST
If a trip is sold out, you may add yourself to the Waitlist during the booking process. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified by email. You will have 24 hours from when we send the email to accept the spot on the trip and pay the deposit, or it will be offered to the next person on the Waitlist.
- DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit before solowolfs.com will review and confirm your booking request (“Deposit”). The Deposit amount is specific to each trip and is provided on the trip booking page. If, for whatever reason solowolfs.com in its sole discretion decides not to approve your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full. Regardless of the deposit amount, you agree to adhere to the following payment schedule when booking trips within 60 days of a trip start date:

- PAYMENT SCHEDULE & REQUIREMENTS
If you chose to pay for your trip in installments, you agree to adhere to the following payment schedule:
- 180 Day Prior to the Trip …….. Minimum INR 15,000/- Per Person or amount as mentioned in Trip info or FAQ section on Particular Trip Page or inside the Terms and Conditions Section of particular Trip Page or Trip Checkout Page (Non-Refundable Booking Amount)
- 90 Days Prior to Trip ……….. 75% of Trip Cost Due
- 60 Days Prior to Trip ……….. 100% of Trip Cost Due
solowolfs.com is not responsible for any charges levied or charged by third parties and/or financial institutions as a result of credit card or other payment transactions related to the purchase of solowolfs.com trips or products. Those fees are your responsibility; we will not refund or return those fees.
If we have not received payment by the due date, we reserve the right to charge the credit card we have on file for the owed amount. If payment fails, we shall be entitled in our discretion to treat the missed payment as a breach of contract, cancel your reservation, and impose the cancellation fees specified in this agreement. We also retain the right to assign your spot to the next eligible traveler on the Waitlist without any refund to you.

- CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against solowolfs.com. In the event that payment has been made to solowolfs.com by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback your payment to solowolfs.com. If solowolfs.com incurs any costs, including but not limited to legal fees, in recovering any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree to reimburse us for such costs.
- CANCELATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
If you or anyone named on the booking wants to cancel the trip, we must receive notification in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us at our offices and will be effective on the date which it is received.
When you cancel your trip or transfer your booking to another person or change your travel dates, the following cancellation penalties apply (the “Cancellation Policy”):

We strongly recommend you have comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation coverage.
If you or anyone named on the booking wants to change the departure date or transfer your booking to another person, we will try to arrange this but it is not guaranteed, and we do not make any promises that these changes can be accommodated. We cannot guarantee that any changes can or will be made. If any changes can be made, there will be a fee of $150 plus any additional supplier costs.
If you cancel or reschedule your trip, we do not cover airfare or any costs incurred by you to prepare for the trip or any additional travel arrangements. These costs are your sole responsibility.
We reserve the right to cancel your trip if the minimum number of participants required for a particular trip is not reached. We also reserve the right to cancel your trip for reasons that are outside of our control (i.e. Force Majeure). In this instance, you will be notified as soon as possible and we will try to rebook you for an alternate trip. If we are unable to rebook you, you will receive a full refund of the money you have paid, including the non-refundable deposit. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking or any cancellation.
- PASSPORTS & VISAS
Participants must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits, and certificates for the countries in which they will visit during the trip. Your passport must be valid 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits, and certificates for your trip. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa, or other travel documentation.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip, including, without limitation, coverage for medical expenses, trip interruption, trip delay, emergency medical transportation/evacuation, and trip cancellation. If you decline to purchase travel insurance, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. You agree to assume all costs of medical care and transportation.

solowolfs.com reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will not cancel a trip less than 45 days before departure except for unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, as set forth above in the “Cancellation, Changes & Refunds” section. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to Force Majeure, a prompt refund will be made of the amount paid less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect to your booking. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.
Note:
Refunds in such a case would be processed within 270 Working Days from the Date of Agreement for Refunds or approval of Refunds by Solowolfs.com and the customer(s).
- CHANGES & FLEXIBILITY
You acknowledge that traveling with solowolfs.com requires a degree of flexibility, and you should allow for alternatives. The route, schedules, itineraries, amenities, and mode of transportation may be subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances or events, which may include breakdown, flight cancellations, strikes, climate, and other unpredictable or unforeseen circumstances. solowolfs.com is not responsible for any failure or delay in delivering services under the booking when such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, public enemies, war, civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, labor disputes or strikes, local laws, or other similar causes. You agree that solowolfs.com is not responsible for and does not accept any liability for delay, loss, or damage howsoever arising from any of the above events.
- ITINERARY CHANGES & SUPPLIER LIABILITY
Our itineraries are intended to provide you with a sense of what your trip will be like and are simply an indication of each trip’s planned schedule, locations, activities, and type of service provided. Although we make every effort to adhere to the itineraries we have published, we reserve the right to change trip itineraries at any time and for any reason, without notice. In the event that an activity or accommodation is unavailable, we will endeavor to substitute it with comparable alternatives. Any changes to the itinerary are not considered a major change and will not affect the trip price.
- FORCE MAJEURE
solowolfs.com shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays, or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, acts of terrorism, or other events or circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control.
- MEDICAL RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By signing this agreement, you certify that you are reasonably physically fit and have no medical or physical conditions that would create a risk to yourself or other trip participants. You understand that participation in our trips involves inherent risks and dangers, which include but are not limited to the following:
- Travel by aircraft, automobile, bicycle, boat, bus, on foot, or other conveyance;
- Accident or illness in remote places without access to medical facilities, transportation, or means of rapid evacuation and assistance;
- Natural hazards including, but not limited to, falls, rocks, forest fires, earthquakes, lightning, and exposure to the elements;
- Risk of injury from the activities themselves, which may include physical exertion for which you are not prepared.
You acknowledge that travel involves risks and dangers including sickness, exposure to diseases, pests, and insect bites, bodily injury, death, or damage to property, and these risks are increased when traveling to remote or less developed locations or where health care may be of lower standards. The participant assumes all such risks associated with participating in a solowolfs.com trip. You hereby assume all of the risks of participating in all activities on the trip and agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless solowolfs.com, its employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, and suppliers from any claims, demands, damages, expenses, or liability arising from or related to your trip, including any third-party claims, including the risks described above, as well as any other risks whether not described herein.
- PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE
We reserve the right to take photographic or film records of any of our trips. By signing these terms and conditions, you grant us permission to use such photographic or film records, including images of you for any lawful purpose, including marketing, without payment of any fees or royalties. If you prefer that your image not be used in this way, you must advise us prior to your trip and we will respect your wishes.
